Luquillo Beach One of the Best Beaches in Puerto Rico
Hours. Visitors can access Luquillo Beach and Balneario Monserrate any time of day, but the restrooms, lifeguards, main parking lot, and some other facilities are only available from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday in the low season months of September through April and daily from 9 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. in the summer months of May through August.

Luquillo Beach is a very popular beach in Luquillo, Puerto Rico. It is also known as Balneario Monserrate, or Monserrate Beach. Lifeguard stand at Luquillo Beach. It opens each day from 9:00am to 5:30pm. During the off-season from September through March the parking lot is closed, and there are no lifeguards.

Luquillo Beach is probably the most famous and photographed beach on the mainland with it's long crescent shaped palm lined beach and is one of Puerto Rico's Blue Flag beaches.
